Create a profile with your bodyweight and experience level, then pick a plan template — gym, calisthenics, yoga or stretch. For gym exercises, starting weights are suggested automatically from your bodyweight and experience: look for the green “Suggested” tag, and change any number freely.
The row of days at the top is your weekly plan. Tap any day to open it; today is highlighted and rest days are marked. Use the week arrows to look ahead or back.
Tap a weight or reps box to log each set, and add how hard it felt (RPE). Tap the ✓ to mark an exercise done — tap again to undo. Editing an early week’s weight carries forward to later weeks automatically, unless you’ve already changed that later week yourself. Once you log a working set, a rest-timer bar counts down automatically before your next one (toggle it in Settings). For timed holds (yoga/stretch poses), tap ▶ Start on the exercise itself to time the hold.
See your daily meals and macros, log food and water, and tick meals off as you eat them. Turn on meal & water reminders in Settings if you want nudges.
Track your volume or reps trend, training-day consistency, personal records and achievement badges — the metrics switch automatically between weight-based and reps-based depending on your plan. Log a workout or meal every day to grow your 🔥 streak, shown at the top of the screen.
Tap Chat in the bottom bar to message your gym (or the wider community if you’re training solo) and to start or join 7-day challenges that rank everyone on the leaderboard.
Tap AI in the bottom bar to chat about your training — ask for swaps, tweaks or a whole new split and apply changes in one tap. Connect your own API key from a supported provider; your key and prompts go directly from your device to that provider.
Tap the pencil to add, remove or rename any exercise, set or day. From the Profile tab you can add more people on one device (e.g. family members) — each profile keeps its own plan, logs and settings — change settings, or apply a new plan template.

We collect Email/password (Firebase Auth), Profile Data (name, gym, weight, photos), Fitness Data (workouts, meals), Payment info (Razorpay history), Social Data (chats), and App Preferences.
Your data is synced to Firebase for Cloud Sync and Community Features. AI Coach: Data is sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) to generate reports, but is not used to train their models.
No advertising identifiers. No data is sold. No continuous background location tracking.
Delete your profile anytime from Settings. Community chats are purged after 48 hours.
We use Firebase for secure storage, HTTPS/TLS encryption, and strict server-side access controls.

Pick a ready-made plan, build your own, or blend two together.
Switching plans applies instantly to today and every day you haven't trained yet. Weeks you've already trained keep exactly what you did — nothing is rewritten.
Pick your training days, a type for each, then choose exercises. We'll auto-build sets for you.
Send a workout template and diet type. They'll be asked to accept it next time they open the app — it replaces their current plan, the same as picking a template themselves.
Build separate meal plans for workout days and rest days. Starts from the default plan — edit, add, or remove meals freely.
Build a workout plan, a diet plan, or both, then submit for review. It appears in everyone's plan library, credited to you, once a TESI superadmin approves it.
Or back up all users & all workout data to a JSON file. Transfer via WhatsApp, email, or Google Drive to restore on any device.
Workflow: Export on your phone → share JSON to PC via WhatsApp/Drive → open the app on PC → Import. Data replaces everything on the target device.
This app sends basic pseudonymous usage data (profile names, app opens) to the developer so they can see how many people use the app. No workout/weight history is ever sent.
Errors are captured locally for troubleshooting — never sent anywhere.
